Wanted to let a friend of mine from the university(he's a Sri Lankan) to experience Penang and since me and my family haven't been to Penang for 9 years(last we went were in 2007), we've decided to take a road trip there.
No reservation and no plan, just crashed in. Just imagine, we make a move around 2pm and we reach there at 7pm.
Only then we started to look for hotel and almost all the hotels are full. We're lucky that finally we managed to check in a hotel room.
All sorted and the rest is a awesomeness overflowing, good food, good live performance, random stranger performing, good shots, good drinks, good mamak stall food, all of this in the middle of nights, a stone throw away from our hotel.
Since all the famous mural is not there in 2009(if I'm not wrong), we started exploring it the next day, and the same process repeat until we make a move back to KL, good food, good drinks, good desserts, good shots, good time, good sightseeing.
All in all, I will repeat Penang again with main focus of getting more shots as I believe there's more to capture as it's a great place.
